Will you need a visa to enter Denmark?

It is imperative that a visa is purchased within good time of the event as the process can take several weeks. Please note, each country has different visa requirements, for more information please click here.

Why is a Non-Disclosure agreement required to attend the event?

Informatica will be presenting information that is considered confidential and proprietary.

During the registration process, every attendee will be required to acknowledge the Non-Disclosure Agreement. To review the Nondisclosure Agreement, click here.

Checking the “I Agree” box during the registration process constitutes a legal and binding agreement. Your registration cannot be processed until you have accepted the terms of this agreement.

What is the cost to attend Informatica Elevate 2018?

The Conference Pass to attend the Sales Track is €600 (does not include lodging) per person. The Conference Pass to attend the Pre-Sales Track is €780 and Implementation Workshop is €1100 (does not include lodging). Meals and entertainment detailed on the agenda are included with the conference pass. Hotel accommodation, air transportation, transfers, and incidental expenses are the responsibility of attendees.

Are the hotel sleeping rooms included in the Elevate 2018 conference pass?

No, the cost of accommodation for Elevate is the responsibility of the attendee. A preferential rate of DKK 1,450 including breakfast, per night is available and must be booked during the registration process. If you want to book additional nights outside of the event nights, please contact group reservations on rooms@bchg.dk.

How do you register for the event?

Please click here to register and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. Please do not call the hotel directly to reserve or amend your accommodation for nights during the event, as that is built into the online registration process.

When should you plan on arriving and departing?

How do you make changes to your registration?

If you need to make changes after submitting your registration, please login in by clicking the personal amend link within your confirmation email and make the necessary changes.

Can you register someone else?

Yes, online registration allows you to register on behalf of others. Each registration requires a unique email address, which is used to generate log-in credentials and is needed for check-in at the conference.

What is the time zone for Copenhagen?

Copenhagen, is located in the Central European Time Zone (CET) which is GMT + 1 hour.

How far is the hotel from the center of Copenhagen?

Bella Center Copenhagen features a central location in the heart of Ørestad with its own Metro station. Bella Center Copenhagen is just 6 kilometers away from Copenhagen Airport and 8 kilometers away from Copenhagen city centre.

What is the attire for the conference?

Business casual attire is acceptable for all sessions. We kindly request that you wear your name badge during the sessions and at the evening functions.

Will Internet access be available?

General wireless will be available throughout the meeting rooms and common areas at Elevate. Information on how to access wireless connectivity will be provided on-site.

Where do you pick up your badge and get event updates when you arrive?

The Informatica Registration desk will open on Tuesday, 4 June, 13:00 to 18:00 and on 5 June from 07:30 to 08:45. You will need to wear your name badge for admittance to the general session, meals, and breakouts. Photo identification/business card is required to obtain your name badge.

Can my attendance at Elevate fulfil Information Partner accreditation?

Yes.

Presales:
Completion of two of the presales technical classes offered at Elevate counts towards Informatica partner presales accreditation.

Sales:
Completion of the entire sales track at Elevate (EDC, two Customer Journeys and GDPR) counts toward Informatica partner sales accreditation.

Do I need to bring my laptop to Elevate?

For Presales and Implementation tracks you need to bring your laptop. Lab assignments will access the cloud. Please have one of the following browswers installed on your laptop:

  • Safari 10.1.2 minimum
How does the 3-for-2 promotion work?

When two people from the same company register for Elevate, the company will receive a third conference pass at no charge. Sales and Presales Tracks are eligible for the free pass. Redemption of free pass for Implementation Track is not eligible, but a sold Implementation Track registration can count toward 3-for-2 for Sales and Presales tracks. Contact your Partner Sales Manager to find out who has already registered from your company and how to redeem the free pass.
